The pool was relaxing and the staff was friendly.

Property was comfortable modern, I loved the stay.

i got complimentary deluxe queen room with a large double beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. the hotel was in a magnificent location, within walking distance of most attractions.

Incredible and stunning location in the restaurant we could choose from menu, met requirements. It was also so close to explore the historic district of Merida and the cathedral and paseo montejo where the anthropological museum is located.

A room with a charming surprise

The spacious room was a good retreat, adorned with modern decor and a fine pool view. The staff always greeted us with warm smiles.

We did face some inconveniences with the hot water. At times, the shower felt lukewarm. This could be an issue for those looking for a quick morning refresh.

Small hotel in a beautiful area not far from Casa Lucia as well as the Yucatan. Marvellous and incredible location, at a moderate distance from a 1500s cathedral. Nicely decorated & lovely looking unit with comfortable beds.

World class selections. Well done fresh.

great location but breakfast could improve

The ambiance was fine with bright colors and artistic decor throughout the hotel. The wonderful pool area provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. Our Beautiful Double Room was beautifully designed with a traditional vibe and a lovely marble bathroom that added elegance. I particularly enjoyed the garden view. It's a refreshing escape from the bustling surroundings.

The breakfast selection did not quite meet my expectations.

Hi, breakfasts were excellent, rich, complete, fresh orange juice, coffee with milk very tasty and with free refill, dishes very rich and toast with papaya jam was excellent! everything very well and portion quite complete! I recommend it widely. At the check-in they were very nice and friendly, we arrived before 7AM and they allowed us to leave our luggage safe to return later at check-in time 3PM, we returned before 12 and very kindly allowed us to occupy our room, thank you very much! pool area and gardens were very nice and well cared for, bed and pillows were very comfortable and kindness and attention of the staff was first class, I thank you.

Just a detail, I feel that we lacked a coffee maker installed to prepare coffee or tea for better comfort.

The premises with very nice pool and seating to relax, the breakfast was absolutely delicious (try the motulenas eggs), the location is superb in the citycenter, free parking space next to the hotel, a fridge in the room was also nice, and the room was very spacious. The complaint about the bugs was immediately taking care of, the man behind the reception went straight into action which was very good.

Cold shower which is very uncomfortable. We were told to let it run for five minutes and that it was crucial how you put the button, tried every position but it was never hot in two days while we did get hot water in the sink. No neat cleaning with black hairs on the sides and lots of dirt behind the nightstand. Bedsheets wrong side (open side) on top, so in the morning you find yourself under a non-covered blanket. Booked one large king size bed and got two small doubles (I know, it is only a request upon booking but at least they could have let us know in advance that they did not have this available?), got a non-working wifi password for our room so had to go outside, not an informative reception upon arrival, found hundreds of little bugs/flees walking even over my toothbrush in the bathroom, kept me totally from sleeping the first night.

The decor is fine, with beautiful Talavera tiles and lush greenery that instantly puts you in a vacation mood! I loved swimming in the perfectly chilled pool. It became my go-to spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, with the vibrant square just a short stroll away, offering endless dining options and good local activities.

Close to the historic plaza; incredible buildings all around, great restaurants and a beautiful park Santa Lucia right across the street.

Great stay in a perfect spot!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The location's on point, just a quick walk to awesome restaurants and attractions. The pool area was super chill. Staff was super friendly, especially when we wanted packed lunches for an early flight. The breakfast was a bit iffy, though. Not a huge deal since there were great places nearby. Fantastic experience!

I loved the old world charm of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were very tasty, and in particular, the staff, Martin and Alejandra were so welcoming and accommodating.

There were mosquitos and noseeums at the pool. As a result of these bugs, I didn't spend as much time there as I would have liked.
